Beauty Tips 4U! Hair Care Treatment for Dry, Frizzy & Totally Damaged Hair

Hair Care Treatment for Dry, Frizzy & Totally Damaged Hair

My cousin's hair was damaged by her friend and hair stylist, after applying hair color and followed by hair relax two days later(does money ring a bell here?), which absolutely and totally damaged her hair a year ago. As of now, it wasn't the same totally dried, frizzy and dead hair before, it gained a bit of life, since it started to grow out but half the hair is still damaged beyond repair. As such, I have decided to research the internet and look for the best home remedies for this problem hair and I came up with this self-made regimen I made myself, but of course, this is with the help of the online searches that I have done on what makes this or that ingredient work better and how to best apply it. I am planning to add a picture of her before & after look. I am still hoping that this works. If any of you have an idea or comment on how to make this better, I would dearly appreciate it.

Warning: You can apply the said regimen to your hair at your own risk. Although I have made up all the procedures I cannot be 100%sure of the result of this treatment as I am still applying it to my cousin (a work in progress). As such, if you want to apply this regimen, please feel free to apply it but I hope you can tell me the results.

7-DAYS HAIR CARE REGIMEN FOR SAMANTHA
(Continuous regimen, depending on response of hair)

DAY 1
Shampoo hair as usual & be sure to squeeze excess water out after rinsing.
1-5 minutes of Hair Conditioning. Apply conditioner or mild daily hair treatment to hair for about 1-5 minutes.
Hair Scalp Massage. Massage your hair scalp while you rinse your hair.
Apply Hair Oil Essentials. A spray or 2 of Palmer’s Olive Oil after shower & in the evening before sleeping.
DAY 2
Do not apply Shampoo. Shampoo should only be used every other day to avoid drying out hair and allow your own hair oil to moisturize & condition your hair.
Apply hair conditioner, or other mild hair treatment that can be used daily, as usual. Leave it in for 1-5 minutes, as desired.
Hair Scalp Massage. Massage your hair scalp while you rinse your hair.
Apply Hair Oil Essentials (Optional).  Apply a spray or 2 of Palmer’s Olive Oil after shower.
DAY 3
Shampoo hair as usual & be sure to squeeze excess water out after rinsing.
2-5 minutes of Hair Conditioning. Apply conditioner or hair treatment to hair for about 2-5 minutes. Be sure to leave-in the conditioner to your hair (do not rinse until you have applied the next step).
Vinegar Hair Rinse Massage. Pour/apply the Vinegar (apple cider) Rinse to the conditioner soaked hair. Massage it in and let it sit for 3-5 minutes or as desired.
Hair Scalp Massage. Massage your hair scalp while you rinse your hair.
Apply Hair Oil Essentials. A spray or 2 of Palmer’s Olive Oil after shower & in the evening before sleeping.
DAY 4 (repeat of day 2)
This is simply a repeat of day 2. See instructions above.
DAY 5 (repeat of day 3)
This is simply a repeat of day 2. See instructions above..
DAY 6 (repeat of day 2)
This is simply a repeat of day 2. See instructions above.
DAY 7 (There are 4 options to choose from 4 of which are DEEP CONDITIONING TREATMENTS)
Option 1 (The usual w/ a few variations or the exact repeat of day 3 except for 10-20 minutes of Hair Treatement)
Shampoo hair as usual & be sure to squeeze excess water out after rinsing.
10-20 minutes of Hair Conditioning. Apply conditioner or hair treatment to hair for about 10-20 minutes.
Vinegar Hair Rinse. Pour/apply the Vinegar (apple cider) Rinse to soaked hair and let it be the last rinse.
Hair Scalp Massage. Massage your hair scalp while you rinse your hair.
Apply Hair Oil Essentials.  Apply a spray or 2 of Palmer’s Olive Oil after shower& in the evening before sleeping.

Option 2 (Recommended at least every 2 months)
Shampoo hair as usual & be sure to squeeze excess water out after rinsing.
Apply Mayonnaise Treatment to your hair. Apply the mayonnaise to hair after rinsing and massage it onto your hair (It's best to do the hair scalp massage in here). Cover your hair with plastic wrapper, plastic bag or a shower cap if you have a lot to spare (I don't think you'd be using it after all the greases gets stuck in there). Leave the mayonnaise on the hair for 15-30 minutes or as desired (some leaves it on for an hour).
Rinse hair thoroughly. There is no need to apply Hair oil essentials since the mayonnaise treatment is already packed full of moisture enriched ingredients.

Option 3 (If you have money to spend)
Hair Spa Treatment. Go to a hair Salon and get a hassle-free & relaxing Hair Spa Treatment. Do this weekly or alternately w/ the Mayonnaise Treatment until you see results. Afterwards, you can maintain your hair w/ a hair spa treatment twice a month.

Option 4
Do nothing & give your hair a rest.. Don’t wash your hair for a day if you can help it. Let your Natural hair oil do its magic in keeping your hair healthier & moisturized. It gives you a break from the damages that your hair encounters from ALL KINDS OF CHEMICALS (yes, even your mild shampoo & conditioner have chemicals that can and will destroy your hair in the long run).

Life's Like This: Root Canal Treatment Discomfort

I have just finished a the 4 sessions of Root Canal Treatment on my lower left 3rd molar 4 days ago. I thought it went smoothly well until I felt sensitivity to pressure that lasted for a few days. Right now, I would just like to share my so called discomfort just in case someone is looking for some tips or advice on how to tackle this kind of problem if you ever get to encounter it.

2 Cents Thoughts! Life is a Series of Activity

I find life crazy. If you don't move, you'll never get anything done. If you don't move, you won't be able to keep your friends, if you don't move you forfeit the right to love. If you don't move, you drag yourself closer to your grave.

The world never stops moving, suffice to say, life should not remain constant. Everyday is a flurry of movements. Even sleeping requires the act of breathing. I understand this. I know that life is not static. Static living means death even when you are still living. In the end, no one will even mourn for you because they know you are still alive... and no one mourns for the living... but eventually, people will forget you. Surely & definitely. Slowly, people will cover your traces in their lives and continue on. They will leave you behind on the far recess of their minds as shadows that can be forgotten or memories that can be stored away and forgotten.

As time goes on, no one will even bother to ask if life has been kind to you. Life becomes more meaningless as you experience death over and over again every time you see the world around you in a hurly-burly flow of activity while you are stuck to where you are. Stuck on constantly gazing at passers by, wishing for them to notice you. Everyday of your life will go on like this until you finally realize that no one will notice you ever again, because you have lost your chances a long time ago and everybody moved on after trying and failing to wait for you.

In the end, you can't really blame anyone but yourself. The day you decided to stop moving, you died. You may say that you did not realize that the consequences was this heavy but deep inside your heart, you know very well that this isn't true. The day you stopped moving, you knew deep within that you died.
